From humble beginnings back in 1953, McLean Care has grown to become one of the largest providers of community, retirement and aged care services in the North-West Region of New South Wales, with a team of more than 320 dedicated and passionate people, helping and supporting over 800 regional clients and residents to fulfil their dreams of living life in joy and wellness every day.
Community Business Australian continues to work together with the CEO, board and senior management team at McLean Care to facilitate strategic planning processes and to develop governance policies and practices.
Community Business Australia supports McLean Care working to facilitate alliances amongst aged and community care organisations with the purpose of generating sustainable solutions for regional providers while also continuing to provide high quality care services.
Under the facilitation of Patrick Herd, we have developed a clear strategic direction for McLean Care to ensure that our organisation continues to strive to reach its full potential.
Patrick has also assisted our Board to develop and implement good governance practices.
